How the trailer works, what it costs, and how we handle weather, deposits, and cancellations.
How many kids can play?
Up to 20 kids can play. Birthday Blast, The Mini Box, Full Adventure, and Block Party are capped at 20. Movie Night is capped at 15.
What ages?
Ages 2–9. Sensory bins work for the youngest kids with a grown-up beside them; sand and movie night are the sweet spot for toddlers through early elementary.
What kind of events do we do?
Birthday parties, 2-hour Mini Box rentals, movie nights, Full Adventure combos, block parties, school carnivals, HOA nights, and neighborhood events. If you do not see what you want, send a quote request and we will build it.
How much space do I need?
A level driveway or parking pad we can legally park on, with room to open the trailer doors. An outdoor outlet is handy; we bring a generator if one is not available. You stay on site and remain responsible for the kids.
Do we stay and help?
Yes. Every booking includes setup, an on-site host for the whole window, and teardown. We run the stations so you can actually enjoy the party.
How much does it cost?
The Mini Box is $299 ($100 deposit) for 2 hours. Movie Night is $249 ($100 deposit). Birthday Blast is $399 ($150 deposit). Full Adventure is $599 ($200 deposit). Block Party is $699 ($250 deposit). Popcorn or cotton candy machines are $75 each. A slime bar is $150 on box rentals, not Movie Night. Extra time is $100 per hour. Travel is included for 25 miles from McKinney, then $2 per extra mile. Prices do not include tax.
How far do you travel?
Travel is included within 25 miles of McKinney. After 25 miles we add $2 per extra mile. Tell us how far the party is when you book.
What about bad weather?
Rentals proceed in light rain and normal conditions. For severe weather (lightning, high winds, flooding) we may suspend or end the event. One weather reschedule may be granted based on availability. Refunds are not provided due to weather.
How do I hold my date?
A deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. A date is not held until the deposit is paid.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel 7 or more days before the event and you may receive a credit toward a future booking within 12 months. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit payments made. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Are you insured?
Yes — The Adventure Box is fully insured, and every booking includes setup and teardown.
What times can we book?
Play packages can start hourly from 9:00 AM through 4:00 PM, so early and midday both work. Movie Night starts at 5:00, 6:00, or 7:00 PM. We leave an hour between parties for pack-out.
