Last updated September 18, 2026. This explains how The Adventure Box handles information when you use this website.
What we collect
When you book, request a quote, or sign a waiver we collect the host’s name, email, phone, party address, occasion, number of kids, add-on choices, child first and last names and ages on the waiver, an image of the guardian’s signature, and whether photos are allowed. If you pay by card, our payment processor collects card details — we do not store full card numbers.
Why we collect it
To reserve your date, reach you about the party, confirm you signed the waiver, collect the deposit and remaining balance, and run the business. We do not sell your information.
Children
This site is for parents and hosts, not for children to use on their own. Child names and ages are provided by a parent or guardian for safety and the waiver. We do not create accounts for kids.
Who sees it
The owner of The Adventure Box can see bookings, quotes, and waivers in the private office. Payment processors see what they need to charge a card. We do not post addresses or children’s names publicly.
How long we keep it
Booking, payment, and waiver records are kept as long as we need them for the party, refunds, and ordinary business or legal records. You can email us to ask for a copy or to correct something.
Cookies
The public site does not use advertising cookies. If you sign in to the owner office we use a session cookie so you stay signed in.
Your choices
Skip photo consent on the waiver if you do not want event photos used. Email hello@theadventurebox.com to ask us to update or delete personal information we can legally remove. See also our terms of use.
