A deposit locks your date

Dates on the calendar are first-come, first-served. To hold a spot we collect a deposit when you book — $150 for Birthday Blast and Movie Night, $200 for Full Adventure, and $250 for events. The deposit is applied to your remaining balance, which is due the day of the party.

  • The deposit is what actually reserves the trailer. A date is not held until it is paid.
  • It comes straight off your final invoice — you are not paying extra.
  • Cancel 14 or more days out and we refund the deposit minus a $40 booking fee.
  • Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule once if we have an open slot.

Questions

What ages is this for?

The trailer is built for ages 2–9. Sensory bins work for the youngest kids with a grown-up beside them; sand and movie night are the sweet spot for toddlers through early elementary.

How does the deposit work?

Dates on the calendar are first-come, first-served. To hold a spot we collect a deposit when you book — $150 for Birthday Blast and Movie Night, $200 for Full Adventure, and $250 for events. The deposit is applied to your remaining balance, which is due the day of the party.

Can we add popcorn or cotton candy?

Movie Night can add a popcorn machine for $75. Birthday Blast, Full Adventure, and Block Party can add a popcorn machine and/or a cotton candy machine for $75 each.

Can we stay longer?

Yes. Extra time is $100 per hour on any package. Add it when you book.

How many kids can you take?

Birthday Blast and Full Adventure are capped at 12 kids. Movie Night has 8–10 chairs. Events can rotate more kids through the stations — we cap the trailer at 20 at a time.

Do you stay for the whole party?

Yes. We set up, host the stations, and pack out. You are not left with a pile of sand in the grass.

What do we need to provide?

A driveway or level parking pad, an outdoor outlet if one is handy (we carry a generator backup), and a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. For movie night, you pick the film.

Where do you travel?

Travel is included within 50 miles of McKinney. If your party is 50–100 miles away we add a $50 travel fee at booking. Farther than 100 miles cannot be booked on the calendar — send a quote request and we will tell you if we can make the drive.

What if it rains?

The Adventure Box is an enclosed trailer, so parties run rain or shine. Light rain, heat, or a typical North Texas storm does not cancel us. If the city closes roads, issues a tornado warning for our arrival window, or your driveway is unsafe to park on, we will reschedule to the next open date at no extra charge. Weather is not a reason to cancel for a refund.

How does the waiver work?

A parent or guardian signs on the waiver page with their first and last name, phone, and each child’s first and last name. We look that signature up in the office by last name or phone number. Extra grown-ups can sign too.
